Slight Warming Trend

Soaptrees and the mountains
Very pleasant out there during our morning hike today; a bit chilly, but no wind and plenty of sunshine.

On our way to the trailhead we saw the Basset people at the corner of Noche Bella Loop and Tellbrook; they'd already finished their hike, I think.

We noticed nobody in our section of northern Chihuhuan Desert during the outing, but along the upper flatland road I spotted an American Kestrel (perhaps the same one I photographed yesterday), but I wasn't able to get a good image of it today.
