37F when Dr. K, Willow and I started our hike this morning; felt like 31F with a 7 mph wind. As we started down LDR-A we spotted Two-White-Dogs-Lady and her pups. They had just gotten off LDR and were bushwhacking westward. Saw nobody else during the trek.
While Dr. K and Willow waited near the middle branch arroyo I headed south to the badger(?) burrows because it looked from a distance as if there had been more burrowing since yesterday; actually, upon closer inspection, they seemed about the same. But I discovered there are 7 holes rather than 6.
