Here's a little cactus garden on the west side of the mountain; Barrel Cactus, Prickly Pear, Ocotillo (though not a cactus) and Strawberry Pitaya (late-blooming flower).

Funny how a plant named "devil's claw" has such pretty yellow flowers.
