Dry With No Chance Of Rain

The forecast for precipitation doesn't look very promising over the coming days.  Desert plants are slow to bloom (or, as in the case of the Ocotillos, even slow to leaf out) because of the lack of rain.  They're conserving all their energy for that glorious day when moisture falls from the sky.  Let's hope it's not too far into the future.
