Is this "sage," as in "sagebrush"? I had no idea it produced such beautiful blooms; I've only ever seen it in a non-flowering condition. Heck, I'd use it in my garden, and give it plenty of water!
Sage and sagebrush are not the same, Scott. The fragrant sage in the photo is a species called Texas Ranger (Leucophyllum frutescens). Sagebrush is Artemisia tidentata.
That's Artemisia tridentata.
What a beautiful color.
