What a beautiful yellow color on that bird.
It certainly could be a female Common Yellowthroat.
Our woods are full of migrating warblers right now. I don't spend much time trying to identify them because (1) they're only here for a few days before they head north and (2) they're high up in the developing foliage and very difficult to spot.
Scott: I wish I could have taken better photos of the little bugger, but it was hopping around like it had had one too many cups of coffee that morning.
