Mindfulness

One definition of mindfulness is "A mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment."  I was anything but mindful this morning, focusing on literary matters of work, futuring about things I have to do, just generally not paying attention to the present moment.  Becca, however, was fully in the present as evidenced by that last photo.
