Cloud Cover and High Humidity

1st 2:  Desert Spiny Lizard
A nice cloud cover kept the sun from beating down on Dr. K, Willow, Frio and me during our hike this morning, but the extra high humidity made conditions feel plenty bad.  I actually found myself sweating during the latter portion of the trek.

We went for a short ride after our outing today, and on the way home I stopped in a nearby neighborhood to take some photos of a blooming Century Plant; they are among the most attractive flora in the northern Chihuahuan Desert.
