Desert Flowers

Several different types of cacti are blooming on the grounds of the Chihuahuan Observation Center.  The pink flowers belong to the Cholla, and the yellow flowers are blossoms of the Blind Prickly Pear.

Down from the Mountains

1st 2:  Sacramento vistas Hike behind the cabin this morning, back to pack for the trip down to the lower desert where we are now.  Cool in ...
