In the Desert

This way to the mountains

It didn't feel at all cold this morning even though the temperature was 37F; there was no wind and the sun shone brightly.

We saw no one else during our trek up to Second Arroyo, where we popped in and got a drink of water and paused for some photos.

After our hike we took a ride around several different attractive neighborhoods near ours, marveling at the beautiful homes and well-maintained yards with their desert landscaping.
