Down From on High

Willow leading the way
Dr. K's knee was acting up this morning so she decided not to do a morning hike.  I decided against a trek as well, taking both Willow and Frio on extended explorations around our mountain property.

Willow had the good fortune of bumping into Coop (formerly Scamp), and both Heelers got along just fine; in fact, I think they've taken a shine to one another.  Frio didn't get a chance to interact with Coop, though they've played together before.

We left the high country this morning and returned to the lower desert, where the temperature is supposed to reach 92F, at least ten degrees higher than the high country where we were.
