After the Torrent

All images today are phone photos from our morning trek.  I left my Canon and the daypack at home because rain seemed a likely possibility.  As it turned out, though, we only got sprinkled on during our hike.

Yesterday's heavy downpour left the arroyos we explored scrubbed clean.  We did an abbreviated exploration, bushwhacking northeast of the Tellbrook Arroyo and west of Tortugas Mountain.

Not surprising, but we didn't see anybody else out there today.

Beautiful photos. I especially like the second one of the arroyo.
