Cold Snap

Really late posting this blog today because our wireless router died earlier.  Had to make a run to Best Buy to pick up another.  It was so cold day today--18F for starters, and we never really warmed above the 40s--that during our morning trek I never lowered the hood on my heavy coat, never took off my ear band, nor removed any items of clothing.  The same was true for Becca.  There weren't very many people out enjoying the elements this morning, but a few diehards ventured into the desert out of habit or to experience the change of weather.

I love the blue eyeshadow on the white-wing dove--such a subtle and pretty shade on one of my favorite birds.
