Foggy Desert Morn

This and the next 2:  foggy pics from the upper flatland road
Doppler Dave, meteorologist from KVIA (El Paso), said last night that there could be patchy areas of fog in the morning, but we didn't expect that our patchy area would be so expansive and so dense.  The photos here give an idea of the weather conditions we experienced on our trek today.

We hiked up to First Arroyo, stopped in for a drink and photographs, and then headed back.  The fog actually worsened during our inbound leg.

We saw nobody else during our outing--not sure we could have--and the pea soup was so thick by the time we reached our waiting CR-V we couldn't tell whether there were other vehicles at the Tellbrook/Sonoma Ranch corner lot.
