Dynamic Sky

Big Top
Willow, Frio and I really lucked out this morning; even though it had rained in the early hours, and everything was still somewhat wet when we hit the trail, we missed the strong winds predicted for today.  They're blowing hard now in the early afternoon.

I abbreviated our trek quite significantly, only taking them down LDR-A to the Tellbrook Arroyo and then ascending LDR back into the upper flatland.  Heelers got enough of an outing to satiate their need to exercise in nature.  We didn't encounter any critters, but Willow got on to several different scents, her nosed glued to the ground like a vacuum cleaner on a dirty carpet.  I had to stop several times just to keep her in check.

For the most part, though, it was an enjoyable hike, and I took some photos of a pretty dynamic sky.
