Raw Desert Morn

Cold conditions at start
Very cold in our section of northern Chihuahuan Desert this morning, so we did a bit shorter hike that cut out Left Branch Arroyo completely.  Heelers didn't seem to mind.

I did trek with them along the upper flatland road from near the spot where the CR-V was parked all the way to the old parking spot and back; additionally I descended LDR-A with them to the green pole with the small metal sign.

When we were finished it seemed like we all were eager to get back in our vehicle and head to the warmth of our desert home.
