Long Hike with Wind

All red flowers are Claret Cup Hedgehog Cactus
It was very warm when we got out there this morning for our regular trek--and windy.  The wind was a surprise.  We're headed for a high of 87F today.

Since the Basset people and their hounds were in the vicinity we bushwhacked out of the LDR-A arroyo eastward, crossing both the right and left branch arroyos before climbing the hill east of the left branch and bushwhacking over to the ridge west of the Organs.

We followed the ridge northward descending the hill next to the lone Soaptree and looping back to the left branch before completing the rest of our usual hike.
