Half-and-Half

1st 3:  Crazy clouds this morning
Freezing when we started off this morning (32F), but plenty of sun and only a slight breeze made conditions quite bearable.

Unlike yesterday we were able to do our usual hike without running into any humans or canines.  Out of the left branch arroyo we headed east on a bushwhacking exploration, something the "O"s approved of fully.  They seem to be in their element when they're trekking across a trail-less desert.

We looped back to the left branch arroyo eventually and followed the normal route back to the CR-V.

Took a short drive after the hike, partly to deliver a piece of mail that had erroneously been delivered to us yesterday; the address numbers weren't the same and the street was several blocks away from our place.  I've never lived anyplace where mail is so often misdelivered.

Wind last night, dust this morning

I've never seen this phenomenon before
