Friday With Feeling

iHome FM transmitter w/12v dual usb ports  (?)
Trekked up to First Arroyo this morning, popped in for a drink and short respite, and then climbed out of the arroyo onto the south ridge where we followed an animal trail southwest back to LDR.

We saw nobody in our section of the northern Chihuahuan Desert during our outing.

This and the next: rugged western face of the Organ Mountains

Smoke signals

Ocotillo and Organs

Frio and Willow

How most Ocotillos are looking these days

My guess is:  demised Black-tailed Jackrabbit

Long view of Tortugas Mountain and the Organs

Southwest across the Mesilla Valley

Soaptree Yucca and the Organ Mountains

Long-distance shot of yucca and Ocotillos

2-star Cholla

The long dirt road (LDR)

Last 2:  Organ Mountains
