Headed For 100

Soaptree Yucca flowers
It already felt super hot when we started off on our morning trek today, and even though we would have liked to extend the journey a bit further than yesterday it was not to be.  We explored the second arroyo closest to the southernmost east/west dirt road, had a drink and stood in the shade of some tall yuccas for a bit.

While Dr. K kept the Heelers on their leads for a spell I went in search of interesting subjects to photograph.  Didn't find many.

After a brief sojourn we headed back to our waiting CR-V, seeing no other outdoor enthusiasts on our way.
