Alpha Beta Day

Soaptree Yucca
Because the sensor in my Canon PowerShot SX 60 HS is on its last pixel I took my old Sony Alpha 100 DSLR camera on our trek today.  Because of its weight with the telephoto lens and the loud noises it makes focusing and shutter-clicking she called it a "jalopy."  I've never been completely happy with the images it produces.

After hiking our normal route on a fairly pleasant morning we drove over to our local Circle K to gas up the CR-V.  We cut through campus on our way home.

Because of the old camera you're using, these photos seem a bit dark. But I do really like the last photo that you labeled Yucca, Prickly Pear, and Ocotillo.
