Monday, Monday

1st 2:  Tortugas and the Organs
Mostly cloudy on our morning hike today; it wasn't particularly cold, but somewhat chilly.

On the drive up Tellbrook to the trailhead we saw the Basset people with their hounds, but didn't see them again until we'd climbed the steep hill out of the right branch arroyo at the end of our hike; they were down at the Tellbrook Arroyo by then.

We did our usual route adding no extra footage; Heelers seemed fine with the length of the outing.  Forecast calls for rain overnight and a 60% chance for tomorrow; that might put the kibosh on our trekking plans.

This & next:  Potrillo Mountains

Hill and sky

This & next:  Tortugas and the Organs again

Something interesting in there

Soaptree and Organs

Yuccas on a hill

Long view northward

Last 2:  across the Rio Grande
