Desert Roundabout


The desert was beautiful this morning, and Research Associate Becca and I took advantage of it. How could we not, with views like this?

And this.

Others were enjoying the day, too, like this Redtail Hawk (center of photo).

It took off while I was trying to photograph it.



Then it dove back down--hunting, I presume. (Can you see it in the lower right quadrant of the image?)
