Chilly Start


Very cold on the west side of Tortugas this morning. Here's a very deep arroyo that runs out of the western foothills.

Prickly Pear warming up in the early sun.

The intermediate loop around the mountain.

I know there's a jackrabbit out there somewhere.



The shadow in the photo's center marks the path water takes through a deep arroyo on the west side.
