Provision Day Hike

A trail out of the foothills

We had to shorten the hike this morning because it's provision-restocking day here at the Chihuahuan Observation Center.  The weather was noticeably cooler because of the cold front that blew through yesterday.  Our long-term forecast shows a couple of 25- and 26-degree lows in the upcoming days.
