Prickly pear and deadwood
Because Dr. K had poll watching duty this morning it was Willow and me on the daily trek.  We altered our regular route by bushwhacking eastward from the left branch arroyo, crossing the saddle just beyond a major arroyo and cresting 4210 hill as we have done countless times in the past.  Got some decent photos while we were out there, but the pics I took of birds were all a great distance.  Still I captured a few images of what I'm pretty sure were a couple Western Meadowlarks.
