| 1st 4: Cactus Wren |
Dr. K, Willow and I did our regular hike this morning. When we took a break at the ancient Soaptree in the left branch arroyo we saw Pickup Truck lady and her leashed dog hiking south along the ridge east of us. We spotted no on else during our outing, unless you count the birds and bee we encountered along the way; they're the most significant of the desert dwellers. After our trek we returned home and I left for Albertsons to do my weekly shopping.
