Dr. K, Willow and I got an early start on our Sunday morning trek; the weather was good, sunny with a recurring cool breeze. We followed our usual route seeing two separate pairs of hikers heading south on LDR. After the outing we drove over to our local Circle K to fuel up the CR-V; afterward we took a long ride listening to Matt and Myron on their Sunday Morning show.
