Near Encounter

From LDR-A
Dr. K, Willow and I took our regular low desert hike this morning.  Conditions didn't feel too bad; a slight overcast with an accompanying wind made the ambient air somewhat cool.  Right at the end of the trek, when we scaled the steep hill west of the right branch arroyo we saw the guy who runs with a small white dog.  The dog got fairly close to us, but didn't seem interested in approaching.
