Old Curved Bill

Soaptree Yuccas in right branch arroyo
Chilly this morning, but not cold, when Dr. K, Willow and I started our hike.  We had to wait a bit for the Basset People + 1 and the hounds to pass because they were right in front of us when we pulled up to the trailhead.  We walked the dirt road back to Tellbrook and then turned around before getting started down the steep hill into the right branch arroyo.  After a while we cut over to LDR-A arroyo and followed our regular route.  By then the Bassets were crossing the major arroyo northwest of us and beginning a bushwhack westward across the desert.
