Becca, Dr. K and I set off from the Monte Vista side of Tortugas this morning. The day was clear and bright.
The shadow of a large goose on the mountain captured our attention.
Somebody launched a rocket from Tortugas as we hiked a distant trail.
Becca is always lying down on the job.

That's the biggest goose I've ever seen.
