Wednesday Near Tortugas

Owing to the cloud cover from an advancing cold front, this morning's hike was quite comfortable.  There was a lot of activity near the road up Tortugas Mountain, though, as novice lineman took training at their practice site.  The sun came out later to warm things up nicely.  The desert is definitely taking on an Autumn feel.

It's "I am a lineman for the county, and I drive the main roads--searching in the sun for another overload."
