Sunday Sumpin'

Desert Marigolds still hanging on
About 49F when we headed out this morning for a daily hike; didn't feel too cold, though, due to absence of wind.  Dr. K, Willow and I followed our regular route having a semi-close encounter with the Basset people and their hounds when we were two-thirds of the way up the right branch arroyo.  They were descending the ridge line on the hill directly southwest and above us.  We all went our separate ways afterward.  Took a short drive when we finished hiking, listening to Matt and Myron on their Sunday Morning show.
