We took a pleasant, long hike around the west side of Tortugas Mountain. We ran into only one hiker, a woman whose two dogs really like Becca. The feeling is mutual, although she always gets her hackles up when she encounters other canines. I don't suppose there is any way of breaking her of this habit. Hackle desensitization?
