Birds and Caterpillar

It felt really hot out there this morning as Dr. K, Willow and I did the daily trek.  While we followed our regular route we saw one runner heading south down LDR; we didn't see any other nature enthusiasts.  After the hike we drove over to our local Circle K to fuel up Whitey the CR-V.
