Local crow

We had rain last night, and a brief thunderstorm.  This morning it was quite overcast and very humid.  We had a nice hike in the forest, nevertheless.  Despite the ground being slightly wet we were able to do a complete forest trek without muddying our boots.  Muddy boots are one of those "hard to abide" things.
