Watchful Hike

1st 2:  early light in Haynes Canyon
Because of the heads-up Fabian gave me about mama bear and cubs in our area the morning trek was a watchful one.  We kept Willow on lead nearly the entire way, letting her off only when we were taking a break in the Back 40.  We saw no ursine critters, but we did see a large cottontail rabbit.  Oddly, Willow didn't see the bunny, but smelled its scent a bit later.  Good hike in pleasant weather today.
