Cold Snap Starts

Warmer than it looks
37F with wind when we started off this morning.  Fortunately, once Dr. K, Willow and I headed up the left branch arroyo we were partially shielded from the brunt of the harsh conditions.  The sun kept us warm enough so that the trek felt much better than we had at first anticipated.  When we crested the steep hill west of the right branch arroyo on our way back to the CR-V we experienced the full effect of the cold wind again.
