Lonesome road

It was very humid on our hike this morning--drippy humid.  There wasn't even a slight breeze to provide some evaporative cooling.  The soppy nature of the atmosphere convinced us to cut our hike short a bit.  And both Becca and I were thankful for the airconditioning in the car when we finally got back to the Sunset Parking area.
