Bushwhack After Altered Plan

1st 2: New Mexico Yellow Flax (Linum neomexicanum)
Our plan was to do a high-country hike on the Rim Trail this morning, but a serious problem with my phone cost an hour and a half while I did an online chat with a Consumer Cellular representative trying to resolve the problem.  The issue was fixed (perhaps), but the delay necessitated another forest bushwhack behind our cabin.

Frio and Willow didn't mind, and we got some strenuous exercise trekking up and down steep, rocky slopes.  I took some pretty decent photos out there so I guess the outcome wasn't all that bad.
