Hike Sans Wind

The long view
Today was a 180 from yesterday morning; there was no wind, which made a world of difference.  Although a bit chilly at the start of our trek we soon warmed up.  We saw no human nature lovers with pups in our section of desert, but we did spot a Desert Cardinal and a Mourning Dove, two birds we all love.
