Spotted Along the Way

Early morning sky

Dr. K, Willow and I did another hike in the forest behind the cabin this morning.  The weather, while warm, was variable; skies were both clear and cloudy.  We were supposed to have a good chance of rain today, but it seems as if the odds have diminished.  Best part of the outing today:  encountering a beautiful Spotted Towhee who was singing its heart out.
