I hope my cousin in Chicago doesn't read this post, but we're supposed to be 70 degrees today here in the City of the Crosses. It felt like spring when Research Associate Becca, Dr. K and I were on the trail around Tortugas this morning.
Some morons on the far side of the arroyo decided to have fun setting off fireworks and a flare at 9:10 am.
This little squiggly cloud was one of a few in the sky.
Becca relaxing in the shade of a yucca.
Bare ocotillos whose leaves will begin to appear in a few months.
