Pics From a Thursday Hike

We've had rain six of the last seven days, and, over the past two weeks we've had ample rain.  It's amazing to see how quickly the desert has recovered; of course, any recovery from the prolonged drought would require steady rain for months on end.  Nevertheless, it brightens our spirits to see a more vibrant Chihuahuan Desert, one not so parched for much-needed precipitation.
