Under a Cloudy Sky

We did a fairly long hike in the outback today, seeing absolutely nobody in the area.  It was a relatively cool morning because of a heavy overcast and brisk wind.  A cold front has blown in and reduced the temps yet again.  Becca and I aren't complaining.  We're at our best when there's a chill in the air.

Packrat, did you lose power? I heard there was a major power outage in the Southwest today encompassing parts of CA, AZ, and NM, and that it would take some time to get everyone back online.

We didn't lose power, Scott. I heard of no outages in NM. But AZ, CA and Mexico all had severe outages. 6 million people altogether.
