Heavy Overcast

Sky at start
The temperature was about 60F when Becca and I started off west of Tortugas Mountain this morning, and as you can see from the images it was heavily overcast the entire way.  Our high is supposed to be 66F, a whopping 6 degree climb.  We ran into our pal Raymond on our outbound leg; he's back from trying life in Denver for a month.  Too cold, he said.  On our way in we encountered our friend Jimmy, and he and I stood talking for nearly half an hour.  As is always the case Becca was ecstatic at seeing him.

I like that closeup of the Mormon tea buds. It looks like the weather will be gloomy all day.
