Doing the Usual

Long view of Tortugas and the Organs
Still pretty humid out there when we started our usual hike; 74F with sun and little wind made conditions a bit more difficult than yesterday.

Don't think Mr. White Hat and his dog made it this morning; his white van wasn't there at the beginning nor end of our trek.

Came straight home after our outing.  I needed to cut down two small Whitethorn Acacia bushes in the backyard; they've been growing like crazy during the past few rainy days.  If we wanted them to do so well they'd never oblige.

Trees and the Organs

B&W with a hint of green

The above Prickly Pear in living color

They'll think I'm yucca fruit

Pair of Prickly Pear pears

Willow and Frio

Saw a Wildcat on the trail

This & next:  Whitethorn Acacia

Climbing Milkweed (Funastrum cynanchoides)
