Sunday's Desert Trek

Green desert
Nothing out of the ordinary during our morning hike today except for the twin paragliders that flew over us when we were heading toward the Organs on the east/west cross trail.

We had some rain yesterday afternoon, and it helped contribute to the continuing greening of our desert.  The greenery really is quite astonishing.

Sections along our usual route are so overgrown I worry about encountering snakes in close quarters.

Great photos of the paragliders, especially that last image. The desert is the greenest I've ever seen it.
