Christmas at the Tortoise

Becca and I encountered one mountain biker and one runner this morning, and there were only two cars in the Sunset Parking lot when we started off.  There were only four cars there when we got back after a moderately-long hike in the cold, overcast Chihuahuan Desert.  Today is supposed to get ugly later on as the wind gusts to 40+ m.p.h.

To any and all who may on occasion read this blog:  Merry Christmas.
