Remnants of White Stuff

It was 17 Fahrenheit (-8.2 C) this morning with a windchill of 9 F (-12.7 C) just before Becca and I left for Tortugas Mountain.  Fortunately there was little wind during our hike, but it was plenty cold.  However, once we broke into the sun the ambient temperature felt quite comfortable; of course I was wearing three layers of clothing including a waterproof hooded anorak.  Becca just had her fur coat, but she didn't complain about the cold not even once.
